I did charge my devices and made sure there were candles and matches leftover from the last hurricane. I know there's a can of beans somewhere. I'm pretty sure that if the power goes out I'll just go to a bar like everyone else in new orleans, then come home and systematically work my way through my freezer. Frozen corn, a package of sausage that one of the roommates left, and half a bag of cranberries. No problem.
