Back at the clinic waiting for hopefully my last iron infusion. All this medical stuff takes so much time. I didn’t charge my phone, like it’s my first time at this rodeo. It’s my first time doing this in the US compared to Canada. Here I got my own room and they have have sandwiches instead of just cookies. Fancy.
The nursing assistant just told me I have great energy but I pointed out I’m the only person on the floor who isn’t an elderly cancer patient, and we laughed and laughed.

I put a move to Paris on the table when I did my review with my manager yesterday. I figure it has a 25% chance of actually happening. I am happy to stay here in DC but at the same time I couldn’t say no to such an amazing opportunity. R has been mentally preparing to move to Chad or somewhere similar so he might get super lucky.
