5 lines:

1. i was put in charge of sundaes for dessert tonight with my cousins and siblings and nieces and nephews, and I think i might make salted caramel and hot fudge from scratch. Also banana and peanuts. Debating what ice cream options to get.

2.. I'm working outside today, since all I've been doing is holding endless meetings and it feels better when i can see the sky.

3. In the dehydrator today I have quinoa, zucchini and corn, for next week's canoe adventure.

4. Yesterday i felt so sick and it sapped my will to do anything. I haven't even gone for a walk since I've been here.

5. Nearly 1 year since our wedding and I haven't sent my thank you cards. Ugh. Maybe tomorrow? I have taken them with me to: Abidjan, Antananarivo, Kinshasa, Addis Ababa, our Cuban resort, and back and forth from DC to Toronto at least twice. I just put them in my suitcase every time, like, "probably I'll have some down time and get these done", and then I don't . I'm not lugging them to the wilderness on my back on the canoe trip so I better get it done. Why am I like this?
