Still in Kinshasa. There's a total covid outbreak in the team i work with. I feel fine but everyone around me is falling - some are vaccinated and some unvaccinated. At least the vaccinated ones don't seem to be getting it so badly (none are hospitalized so far) but they are still sick. Fifty ppl were tested yesterday, waiting to find out how many are positive. I feel mostly okay.. maybe a headache? But I am not worried for my health exactly but more that i am asymptomatic but positive. Ugh, what if i'm walking around passing it on? I always wear my mask when I'm in public but still, it's true i take it off to eat or to drink. And what if i am positive and then I'm stuck here in this hotel room until I seroconvert back to negative so i can fly? It could take weeks. ugh... waiting... Test results tomorrow : /
