not much to say, except that i've been kind of down. i know all the things to do to make myself not feel like this: Exercise, or at least go outside and walk. Drink less alcohol, drink more water. Play..piano, with paints, whatever. Meditation. Don't eat cookies for breakfast so I don't crash 2 hours later. I can't do any of those things right now, ugh. I'm sure it will pass eventually. Things I am grateful for: 1. family - my cousins and their partners came over for an evening of games and it was so grounding. 2. money - BT and i are spending a fortune on couples counseling to figure out a way forward. It hurts, but at least we have the resources for this.
