I think that will do for now. I suspect the REM may have been overkill. This is the difference between nostalgic-heartbreak playlists and actual-heartbreak playlists: you keep the REM off the latter because you don't want to make yourself do something you might later regret, like jumping off a balcony.

ps. i just went to re-read some entries from 2006 and a) guess what! i was pretty smart back then!, and b) i got over it, and c) it's so nice to keep a journal and be able to go back and look at everything, and d) i sure do keep making the same mistakes, though. Imagine if i'd gone to more than one therapy session back then? I would not have gone to my second therapy session, today, almost exactly 6 years later.
