i spoke to another friend. This one is in a relationship he describes as "mediocre" and i asked him if there is enough laughter, support, interesting exchanges and sex to make it worthwhile.

he had to think about it for awhile but finally said, "well. it is nice to sleep next to someone. That's comfy".
