i was woken up way too early by the sounds of kids shrieking Right Outside my window. This is kind of puzzling, since i live on the tenth floor of a student-only apartment.

Were they playing in the parking lot? screaming into megaphones?

mostly, today i am thinking about this guy because he spent the morning doing things for me that were way above and beyond the call of friendship. There are no words for really really good friends. I feel... humbled.

and tonight there will be dressing up and dancing and drinking because... it's prom for university students! they call it grad ball, but it's pretty much the same thing, right down to negotiations about table placements.

But first i will go to the mall because apparently there's a bra emergency that i need to help with, cause that's what girlfriends do.

And then i need to write a paper, or i'll be doing this all over again in a year.
