listening to an old, old CD.
seems like forever ago that we sat in the shade, singing and playing guitar for hours, beers at our sides, feet propped up on porch railings.
I had so much emotion invested in that time, and now it's just a shade of nostalgia brought on by the right song.
It's crazy, the way that everything just fades after a while. Even the stuff you're sure you'll NEVER get over.
Even the stuff you never WANT to get over.
