a friend of mine just told me a story about his parents. His mother is super diabetic, so she's on a strict diet that consists mainly of fruits and vegetables.
So every morning, his father wakes up and peels three grapefruits or oranges and takes off all the pith and removes the seeds, and chops it up so it looks good. Then he washes, cuts, and cores apples or pears. Chops up bananas. Adds some grapes. Maybe a kiwi.
And then he puts in a big bowl and presents it to his wife, so she that it's easier for her to eat the diet that she needs.
I love that story.
That's what i want. I think about what I want in life, and it involves me looking into the future and seeing someone who will pull off all the annoying pieces of pith and remove all the seeds, just because.
